Found the perfect item and you want to place an order -  Just choose the best way for you !!!

Order  via the Go Promote web site:

1. Select the product you require
2. Input the quantity, item colour etc
3. Obtain a quotation then follow the Buy Now Instructions
4. If you are a new customer you will need to enter your credit card details and email address so have them ready!!!
5. Existing customers - simply log in
6. Your order will be processed and a confirmation emailed to you.

How to supply your Artwork?

Its Easy and its FREE!

Our design studio will create production ready artwork for you FREE of charge. All you need to do is supply us with basic instructions or digital files and we will do the rest! We can work with most PC or Macintosh file formats including eps, tif, pict, jpeg, bmp and gif files – just email your files to artwork@go-promote.co.uk or save them to CD (including the pantone numbers and instructions) and post them to:

Go Promote, Hope Road, Bedminster, Bristol BS3 3NZ

or

You may wish to produce your own artwork – no problem just follow the simple guidelines below:

Our preferred artwork formats are editable EPS files from Illustrator, Freehand, Photoshop, Corel Draw or Quark. Don’t forget to include pantone numbers when sending the artwork! Logos and images should also be supplied in Spot Colour.

If you find a better price we will match it - however

• The supplier must have the exact product in stock and ready for immediate personalisation.
• The product must be priced correctly in a printed brochure or price list. Price comparisons with other internet sites will not be accepted.
• The price comparison must include the product, artwork, design, printing and carriage.
• You must submit your price match information within 14 days of your purchase.
• The price match does not apply to quotations or samples.
• We will only accept one price match within a 30 day period.
• The maximum price match refund is £200.00 per request.
• The minimum price match refund is £10.00 per request.
• Our price match only applies to orders paid for by credit card or BACS.
• Price match only applies to 1 of the same product being delivered to the same address.
• The price match cannot be requested if you are using coupons, promotional offers, vouchers, or membership scheme discounts.
• The terms of the Price Match Policy are subject to change at any time and are only applicable to purchases made in the United Kingdom.

In order to ensure that we only offer our price match policy to genuine customers , all refunds are made at the discretion of  Go Promote. Go Promote will at all times endeavour to act in a reasonable and fair manner
